homes in ralieghIf you are looking for a home in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay or Clayton – I want to be the guy that helps!  I’ve lived in this area for my whole life, and I know the neighborhoods, the history and what is going to be easy to rent or sale later…    Are you a first time home buyer?  Here are some tips just for you!

Relocating to Raleigh?

Many of the folks who are relocating to the area, are coming here with jobs at the Research Triangle Park.  The Park is ideally located at transportation crossroads, making it highly accessible to Raleigh-Durham International Airport as well as Interstate 40 which links RTP to all the surrounding communities. At the present time, only a little over half of the acreage in the park is developed, but future plans call for development of the unused land and the addition of 40 new companies by the year 2015.

Cary

Cary is the fastest growing community in the Triangle. Through careful town management in an open village atmosphere, this growth from a population of 7,000 twenty years ago and approaching 60,000 today, has created an environment with cosmopolitan amenities while retaining a sense of family and community. A low-crime rate, strong employment figures, and highly educated work force helps Cary retain it’s small town charm.

Chapel Hill

Chapel Hill is a college town where town and gown mix comfortably and thrive together to create a vibrant and vital atmosphere. The University of North Carolina opened its doors on January 15, 1795, as the first state university in the United States. Both the town and the university provide a wide range of entertainment and cultural activities.

Raleigh, North Carolina’s Capital City

Today Raleigh is a city with a population of more than 203,000. Growth is parallel to that of the Research Triangle Park, where research corporations and high tech industries from all over the United States and the  world have come, bringing with them diverse cultural and regional influences.

Durham, City of Medicine

Known as the City of Medicine, Durham leads the nation in the range and quality of health care it offers and commands national attention for it’s medical research.
